Welcome to The Cottage Core Village. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use The Cottage Core Village website if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
2. Booking and Reservations
All bookings and reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from us.
Payment terms:
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival date.
- For bookings made less than 14 days before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between 14-30 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival: No refund.
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
4. Rules and Regulations
During your stay at The Cottage Core Village, we ask that you observe the following rules:
- Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Smoking is not permitted inside any of our buildings.
- Pets are not allowed unless specifically arranged in advance.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Respect the property, facilities, staff, and other guests.
5. Liability
The Cottage Core Village is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. We recommend that you take out appropriate travel and personal insurance.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
